This is used over RCC Flat Roof.

The Main Advantage of the weathering Tiles are.

There are few specifitacion by ISI is given for weathering Tiles

Which give the standerds of a good clay tiles.

Few of them are water absorbtion, diamention stability test etc. The normal available sizes are 9 x 9 ( Inches ), 8 x 8 ( Inches )

The different types of weathering tiles are.

1. Powder Processed Weathering Tiles
2. Wet Clay Weathering Tiles
3. Split Tiles

Powder Processed Weathering Tiles

In this process the raw material, the clay is dried the its powdered. After powdering it is misex with moisture then its pressed in the Hydraulic or motorized presses.

Wet Processed Weathering Tiles

This is the oldest technology used in this industry. The clay from the field directly sent to the press and the required shape is achieved. The surface finishing will not be as good as the powder processed Roofing Tiles.

Split Or Extruded Roofing Tiles

This is extruded tiles, Before Laying this tiles it should be splited to two.

This will be the cheapest flat roofing solution.
